Dryer Cylinder Spares

We offer cutomized service according to drawing and customer's requirement. We provide each type of dryer cylinder head side cover with PED or ASME U stamp seal on it. We are the qualified approval manufacturer for Valmet.

We produced the dryer cylinder head and Dryer Cylinder with TUV PED certificate, ASME U stamp certificate, SGS inspection certificate, ISO9001 certificate, we had strictly inspection during each production process for our dryer cylinder.

We will do hot treat for the paper machinery sole plate, the whole process of the production, we will be seriously inspect the quality for painting, machining, packing and ensure the quality of the sole plate will be qualified.

The only manufacturer of paper machine dryers cast iron dryer cylinder who gained ASME U stamp certificate and PED certificate from TUV. We are the approval manufacturer for Voith, Valmet and Andritz Gouda etc world famous dryer manufacturers.

We offered the precision iron castings for the spares of the dryer cylinder include bear housings, gears, cover heads.The bear housings will be produced and machined by customer's drawings. We had Quality control team to inspect the quality during each process.
