Product details
1. The sole plate needs to undergo heat treatment.
2. The outer packaging is wrapped and heat sealed with transparent heat shrink film (desiccant should be added when wrapping the film).
3. Before packaging the components, it is necessary to check whether the paint is in good condition and clean the dust and debris on the outer surface of the components.
4. All hole positions, including transportation brackets, need to be coated with anti rust oil, and the hole positions need to be plugged with plastic plugs.
5. The foundation plate is bundled with channel steel, and each bundle is packaged in units of 5-6 pieces.
6. During the heat treatment and processing of the base plate, notify our inspection personnel to conduct on-site verification and inspection.
