Net paper width - also known as nominal net paper width, finished paper width or paper machine width. It refers to the total width of the finished paper produced by the toilet paper machine.
Copy width - also known as the width of rough paper or the width of paper web. Is the width of the web on the roll.
Paper width=net paper width+trimming width
The trimming width is generally 40mm
Wet paper width - due to the mechanical traction and drying during the paper making process, the width of each part of the paper web is different. The wet paper width generally refers to the width of the wet paper web just after leaving the copper mesh, that is, the width between the two fixed edge water needles.
Wet paper width=rough paper width/(1 - total transverse shrinkage)
That is, Bs=Bm/1 - ε

Width of copper mesh - distance between two sides of copper mesh.

In the formula, A - consider the widening coefficient of wet paper edge and copper mesh movement. Generally, open paper leading A=200 - 250mm, vacuum paper leading A=250 - 300mm
The width of press cloth and drying cylinder dry cloth is slightly larger than the width of copper mesh.
